Using plex without internet

Hey guys,

Im going to visit my parents and they do not have internet access, but i wanted to take my computer and external hardrive and run plex. My pc is my server for plex and the external hard drive stores my movies. How can i run the plex app off my pc without internet. I have tried disconnecting internet at home and nothing works.

Sign out from the server and the clients. Then everything will run locally.
