@edbrown The issue is in the i965 (intel-vaapi-driver) driver that the PR2100 NAS requires. We are currently shipping the latest available from Intel (https://github.com/intel/intel-vaapi-driver/releases/tag/2.3.0) As far as I can tell, the PR2100 is not compatible with the newer iHD (intel-media-driver) driver. due to the older generation of CPU in the PR2100. I’ll try to do some investigation into anything we can do when talking to the driver to improve quality.

Are you able to upgrade to one of the 1.18.1.x releases?
