Video Cut and Significant Audio Delay

I have a strange issue where when using the Plex Web Player to watch a TV show, it cuts off the first 5 seconds of video from the file, however, plays the audio normally. This causes the Audio to be WAY behind the video at all times.

This is effecting my entire plex library. I haven’t been able to play anything without this happening. Any suggestions?

I’ve tried refreshing the data, analyzing, and even blowing away my server and creating a new one. No Luck.

I’m currently having the same problem with the latest version of Plex Server on Windows Server 2019 Essentials. I know it’s not the video files as they play just fine in VLC.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
