hello happy holidays everyone, I wanted your help regarding some videos that when played are deformed and cannot be seen well.
they are old videos recorded with smartphones from a few years ago
when I view them on the computer they can be seen correctly even if they have the black bar on the sides, however on plex the video is crushed and cannot be seen well.
Is it possible to set the right resolution?
