This has been an issue for awhile now. There seems to be no way to reliably duplicate it, it just happens sometimes and when it does it’ll happen multiple times in a day.
These aren’t issues induced by files as it’ll occur with the same movie or TV episode one day and not another. It does seem to sometimes go away if your force quit the app and reboot the Apple TV. But again the randomness of his happening makes it hard to nail down if this is actually fixing anything.
