Watch Together - Block Users to only view not Pause/FF/RW/Stop

I could not find the answer to my question in other posts, read many but no luck, so apologies if this is duplicate question.

Is there a way for me to control everything in a Watch Together session, and not allow any other user to Pause/FF/RW/Stop the videos? Basically allow other users to only view or exit a Watch Together session, nothing else.
