Watch Together has some bugs

When I sent my friend the invite, what is supposed to be seen on his end?
He saw nothing that stated ‘accept invite’ and start movie.
So we just started it at the same time manually.
And the invite Continued To Stay On My Home Screen.
I sent him 2 invites just in case, but to no avail.
The invite continued on my home screen even after I removed the media (bad movie! didn’t want to keep it).
When that happened I could not cancel that invite (not that I could before). Why isn’t there a cancel invite option?
So I had to redo my entire Movie database to get that off my home screen.
Can a cancel invite be added to all invites, and I wonder why he could not see anything to accept the invite I sent and mark his status as READY.

That sounds as if you didn’t have the content shared with the user you wanted to watch with.

On their home screen, they should see the Watch Together hub appear, and they can join a session there. The invite does go away on its own after an hour or two, so no need to do anything but be patient and ignore it. So no need to cancel or do anything, it’ll go away on its own.
