Can I initiate watch together from either the windows app or from plex through a web browser on windows (and can I watch using either of those options)? If so, how?

It is not currently supported on the Plex for Windows app or Plex Web. Currently supported Plex apps can be found here https://support.plex.tv/articles/watch-together/

Is this feature in progress or is there a feature request/suggestion I can support in order to get this added?

I would like to know this as well. I watch plex all the time but never from any of the supported devices. All my android devices are mobile and who wants to watch on a small screen? Also everyone I know uses either the windows or web app. I use my tablet to cast to chromecast but this is not support…
