Watchlist and Discover don't work on Desktop Plex

In desktop version of Plex, it don’t work Watchlist and “Discover” options.
In website they work.

What can I do?

Version Plex desktop: 1.105.1.257-3bc35ab9

When I press “Watchlist” or “Discover”, it appears this message: “There was an unexpected error. Please visit our forums if you continue to experience problems.”

They don’t work. I would like to follow again what I watch on Plex desktop app

Client logs might show what’s going wrong.
Could be a problem with the app talking to Plex‘s backend, e.g. because of a bad DNS or some security tools / content blockers.

Do you get the same errors when using the web app on that machine?

Yes, I tried that. In fact, in my another laptop “Discover” and “Watchlist” works.
It seems that this only happens in this laptop

That implies there’s something different about this machine that’s causing this issue.
Can you take a look at or share your client logs? They might be showing some error message from failed attempts to load the feature.
