Watchlist doesn't remember scroll position

Pretty similar to BUG: Android, remember scroll position on cast page.

To repro, add a bunch to watchlist, then to to Watchlist > Watchlist and scroll down. Then click on any item and then swipe back.

The list sounds be where you were but it scrolls to the top/button depending on where the item was.

Bug 2- From here, you start scrolling and the scroll position resets again.
