It seems your suggestion is somewhat included in this existing feature suggestion post. Though your suggestion seems to be a bit more focused (aiming at some visual indicator for items in your watchlist while the other thread asks for better visualization of a multitude of status).
If you consider your suggestion is covered in that thread, you could comment/vote there.
Otherwise we could keep yours to focus primarily on visualizing the watchlist status in library views.
