You should be able to have nested collections. For example; with the dark knight trilogy, I would love to have that as its own sub collection within my Batman collection, which I would want to be within my DC collection. It would also help me organize certain collections better as my classic movies collection has a very modest 200 movies and I would like to further organize them inside the collection. In order to do that I had to make my classic movies their own library. Its okay for classic movies but I also have a somewhat large comedy collection and I don’t want to start fragmenting my collection in un-necessary ways.
