I just installed PMS 1.15.4.919. The included web client is version 3.83.1.
As @darcilicious mentions, use the hosted web client to ensure you are using the most current version.
You can follow the Plex Web release announcement to be notified when a new version is released. To follow, scroll to the bottom of the thread, click on “Normal,” and change it to “Watching.”
