What do I need to add to my Plex Server to get the UStream Channel to work?

Do I use this site for plug in data (https://github.com/plexinc-plugins) and if so how do I use them, where do I paste the info? I hate to sound like an ameteur (that’s me!) but I just need a little direction.
Thanks
Zach Rogers

To install a channel manually, there are details here: https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/201187656-How-do-I-manually-install-a-channel-

As far as I’m aware, the plugins you pointed to on github are part of the Plex Channels ecosystem.

Maybe try installing it via your server under “Channels”, click “Insall Plugins” and find it there?

To supplement @ntrevena 's comments, If you do install it manually (copy it into the ‘Plug-ins’ directory (directly under ‘Plex Media Server’), be certain to make sure the appropriate ownership is set (this is important for Linux and similar OSes). Without correct permissions, PMS will not be able to run the Plug-in.

Good point. I think just assumed he was on Windows. Thanks for pointing out that one!

I already have the USTREAM Channel on my PMS, but when I run the channel, nothing appears there. My church has a ustream media subscription at http://www.ustream.tv/channel/cocb3700
How do I get my USTREAM channel to broadcast that?

I am running Windows 10 on my PMS.

Regrettably, If the Ustream plug-in doesn’t work for you, you have no choice but to contact them. It’s unfortunately 3rd party as well as being a paid subscription service.

Thank you Chuck.
