After the new music scanner was added, I now see two options in the “Scanner” drop down in my music library. One of the option is “Plex Music” and the other option is “Plex Music Scanner”. Does anyone know what is the difference? And which one should I pick? Thanks in advance.
“Plex Music” is the new scanner. I’m not sure why the old one is still there, unless there are some situations where the new one isn’t appropriate/compatible.
ok thanks. That is what I have picked everywhere. So I guess I am future compatible. Now if only they fix the crazy scanning of all files, then we would be golden. Thanks again
