A quick update, in case anyone finds it useful…
I discovered (via this forum post) that the headers/restrictions can be changed within the Settings section of the Plex app on the TV.
I’ve also managed to get all h264 content playing up to 1080p using the following custom profile:
Not got subtitles working yet, but I’ll give it a try. h265/4K may also work using this profile - I still need to test it.
