please stick with 1 suggestion per thread to allow others to vote for those. Mixing up different suggestions will make it harder to find support (or force others to vote for stuff they don’t care about in order to promote a single element of your suggestion).
As for those individual items… there’s existing suggestions for many of these:

Send shared users a regular email with whats been added in your plex library → duplicate (“what’s new” e-mail)

Send server messages → duplicate (in-app notifications/announcements; the OP is quite open but the subsequent thread includes various use cases including some like yours).
In addition: you can already create a collection with the items you want to emphasize on your shared user’s home screen. This can also be a smart collection e.g. based onDate Added(within the last 1, 2, 3 months) andCritic RatingorAudience Rating(> 85%) – or anything you like it to be. -

I suggest you comment/vote in those threads in order to avoid distracting/dispersing votes (the suggestions are appreciated though). Based on that I suppose we should close this thread as a duplicate.
