from Android Phone, there is the option to share from top right hand corner menu when looking at individual pictures from the photo library. Then I can select Whatsapp and send pictures to my wife. But sometime it works and sometimes it doesn’t. Is there anything specific wrong here? There is nothing obviously wrong with the file in my opinion. It opens on multiple players and also in explorer and there is nothing unusual about the picture in terms of how it was taken, resolution, or size.
When it fails, whatsapp shows “The file format is not supported”. This is further than i made it on 1.32.X server where i didn’t even get to that point and it never seemed to work and crashed before being able to see an error message
I tried to download the server log from plexdasch → Server Details → Server logs but there are 156 files in there and some of them contain personal info (email). Exactly which log file would be useful in a case like this and then I can upload it. Or did i fetch the wrong log the wrong way?
