This must be a very stupid question but i looked everywhere and can’t find where is the plugins folder on Rasplex.
i looked into all the locations from plex support and ssh onto the raspberry pi and can’t find where it is.
please help!

Do you mean plugins for Kodi? Rasplex doesn’t support any plugins as far as I know. Plex plugins are usually installed at the server level. What plugin are you trying to install?
you are right, i was looking at the rasplex client, but actually the plugins are on the rasplex server at this location:
/var/lib/plexmediaserver/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/Plug-ins
