default theme is way too loud. for example watching game of thrones which is atmos sound is not too loud. but when selecting episodes menu theme background music is playing, it is on maximum volume.

or is there a settings for this to play the theme to minimum volume?

its in your client settings. in your device (ie appletv) open the plex app, go to settings. look for theme music volume.
