Some of my album art looks like crap. If I go into Plex and poster there is always a nice looking clear image there. Why is that not automatic?

If one is not available embedded in files it just picks the first one that is returned to it afaik. It doesn’t decide what is pretty.
Well its often the same picture. But some are at much lower resolution. Seems to pick the blurry one most the time. Easy to switch but when you have a few hundred albums…
