Let’s call that a partial success - on the one hand, transcoding is working again, on the other hand, it’s still ignoring my configuration and using the Battlemage card instead of the selected Cezanne iGPU

The new transcoder supports newer Intel CPUs & GPUs (BattleMage). Support for AMD has not been completed yet. The first step was to upgrade the main transcode and all Intel-centric GPUs Chris will be adding AMD GPU support.
