First of all, I love Plex. I have been using Plex Home Theater on a HTPC and love it.
I recently purchased a XBox One and was happy to see Plex for it. I love the interface.
However, I have some serious issues with it. I have multiple XBox accounts for each family member. No matter what, every time a user is changed it asks to login to Plex. I thought I would just need to login to Plex under each XBox account and then it would remember Plex always. Nope.
No matter what I have done, my login credentials are not getting stored. I purchased Plex Pass just to use for XBox One and I am sorely disappointed.
I have the same issue, but a little different. I have 3 Xbox Ones in our household, and we use them as media streamers in different rooms of the house. We have family accounts on each Xbox that are tied to my main Xbox live account. I cannot get Plex to work on different accounts until I resign in and enter the key or manually sign in to plex. At that point, the other accounts also ask to be reconfirmed as plex pass accounts, etc.
Basically, I can only use plex on one Xbox at a time. This is unreasonable considering I paid for plex pass just to use plex on our families Xbox consoles…

Thanks, I had a hard time finding any information about this while searching the forums, since I wasn't signed in looking at the PlexPass forum. I appreciate the help. I'll chime back in here when I'm able to confirm it works.
