CORRECTION: The files also have an additional DD+/Atmos stream. So most likely this is being played - although I have no way of telling.
Interestingly, the Xbox One’s “Media Player” app can play 4K H.265 with Dolby Atmos DD True HD files from Plex Server, seemingly without transcoding, via DLNA. Whereas I get “Not enough CPU for conversion of this item” when trying to play the same file using the Xbox One S’s Plex app.
