"Your changes could not be saved" - when adding library

Been a lifetime user for a few years, and recently deleted my server to start over, as the metadata wasn’t updating since March. Did a hard uninstall, and when I try to add my library, I get the “Your changes could not be saved” error.

I’ve searched all over google / this forum and can’t seem to find a solution.
