This feature was working perfect up until around 2 months ago and now it is no longer functioning. I have tried looking through the settings and playing with the agents and still nothing. I am adding a couple of screen shots to see if anyone notices anything wrong. I was also having issues with TV shows not adding descriptions, dates and titles but got that fixed.

That first screen shot appears to be for the main agent settings (i.e. the gear icon in the second screenshot). Check your library settings. Each library can override that.

Thanks for answering. I don’t see anything in the Library/Advanced settings for agents or trailers. I suspect that my issues have to do with the Bug in some of the Linux servers.
I’m not sure where that Amazon Agent came from…not suppose to be there?
I think you misunderstood. Hover over your library and find the .... Then select edit.
Pick the Advanced tab, then check that you are using the Plex Movie Agent and that the trailers button is enabled.
Oh yes I see that now, I never saw the edit tab in there. I am thinking I must have the bug you mentioned with some Linux systems as the settings up top that you have are what I have as well.
Do you know what the timeline is for a fix?
