Can't customize my agent

Hello,

I’ve been trying to remove the trailers in my movies library but I couldn’t find a way.

I’ve tried to change the setting in my library by disabling the “Find extras” feature, was unsuccessful (I did a refresh of all metadata to try to apply the change)

Apparently a new agent has replaced the old “Plex Movie” (renamed “Plex Movie (legacy)”. When I check my agents I can’t find the new agent… I’ve got “Personnal medias”, “Plex Movie (legacy)” and “The Movie Database”.

I’ve disabled trailers in the legacy one and in the TMDB one.

I’ve refreshed all my metadata again and nothing changed…

There is a trailer option in “Extras” but there we can’t disable it.

The new agent can be selected and configured in the Edit Library > Advanced page, rather than the Settings > Agents area.

If your Movies library was created with the old scanner and agent, there’s a little more to upgrading the library to the new agent:

I’ve upgraded the librabry few weeks ago, was already done thru the “update matching”

The trailers are downloaded in my server? My plexmediaserver is huge…

According to this screenshot, they are already disabled.

No, these trailers are streamed from plex.tv

You can still add your own trailer videos, if you desire. https://support.plex.tv/articles/local-files-for-trailers-and-extras/

Damn, so if the trailers are not stored locally what is in that folder … lol

I’ve got a lot of content but usually the folder was about 40 or 50Gb … now it’s 96 Gb (and it’s still calculating, I’ve asked the size of the folder and it’s not over).
