Trailer button no longer shows

I own Plex life time pass.
The trailer button no longer shows up on any movies. It used to be some movies now its all.
I just tested one movie by updating its metadata and still nothing which is the movie Uncharted. I’m pretty sure they would be a trailer to Uncharted.

really sucks Haven’t had trailers in a year and half now.

I tried all of this below already. Also the account i have on the forum isnt the same as for plex.

In what type of library have you added those movies and what agent is it using?
See ⋮ > Manage Library > Edit... – you can find the library type on the General tab; the agent is of the library is visible on the Advanced tab.

Online trailers won’t be available if you’re using an “Other Video” type library.
When you’re checking the agent on the Advanced tab, also check if you have enabled Online Extras – otherwise enable it and refresh the library’s metadata.

I don’t see a Plex pass on your account.
Automatic trailers are a Plex pass feature.

My forum account isnt my plex account thats why you don’t see it.
I double checked in account on plex says im life time pass.

Please copy the contents of the guid="... XML property of an affected movie.
You can find it in the Plex media info XML.

i noticed in the data it says <Extras size="0"> </Extras>

Sorry, a little bit earlier in the file there is also a guid (with lower-case g).
It’s this one which is of interest here.

OK. This tells us that none of the settings under
Settings - Server - Agents
are relevant for this library.
(These only apply to libraries which use the old, deprecated “legacy” agents)

Edit the library,
go to the Advanced tab
verify that “Enable Cinema Trailers” and “Find extras” are enabled.
Optionally, you can also activate “Allow red band trailers”, “Localized subtitles”, and “Include adult content”.
Save Changes, then Refresh Metadata of a few movies.

Ahh ok its working now. I could of swear I checked enable extras there. wierd.
