Updated Plex and now all my content is unavailable

I just updated to the latest version of Plex on my QNAP Nas and now it says all of my content is unavailable. It was working fine before the update and I have not made any changes to the files. Anyone have the same problem? Suggestions on how to fix it?

Where did you get that from? The latest stable version is v1.10.1.4602
Please download PMS from Plex.tv plex.tv/

When I logged into my QNAP, the plex app said it had an update and that’s what was installed.

It sounds to me like that was coming from the QNAP App center, Always download and install the latest from Plex.tv, I just confirmed the latest PMS for QNAP is v1.10.1.4602. Just make sure on the download page “PlexPass” is turned off or you will get the latest (Beta) and that’s not what you want.

What QNAP Model, and are you sure it’s a PMS, and maybe not PHT?
