I did notice too. I came to the conclusion that PlexDVR on PMS 1.7.4 on Shield is pretty much unusable. A lot of crashes, recordings ending in the middle, recordings hanging at 100%. Live TV freezing, etc. The only time that I was able to get a full recording is when I recorded only 1 show at a time on channels that I know I have no impairments (I have few channels very far away (92 miles away) and those channels have sometimes impairments). Since I have no interest for live TV, I installed PMS 1.6.1 on my windows PC. Since I did that, I never had a single recording problem even on those far away channels. So for now, I use my PC to record with PMS 1.6.1 and waiting for new PMS release on Shield. I’m sure with time the will get it working properly.
