If you are able to block dns or domains in your network, block these:
news-video-stream.plex.tv
news.provider.plex.tv
News section will completely dissapear on some clients, but on others the news category will remain but will not connect.
looks like Plex is rotating domains, so im sure after this post (that they will most likely delete) they will rotate it to a new one.
