Have been looking into all the logs - the issue is that it is failing to remove what it believes a previous installed version - that it cannot find

It has not logged what version it is and it’s package name is null !
What we could try is entering that product code into the Microsoft troubleshooter for install / uninstall
Selecting troubleshooting Uninstalling first
Then selecting
Not Listed
and then on this screen entering the product code that shows in the above error log

and see if after this, you can install
If not, get all the new logs and zip and attach !
