Unable to Install/Uninstall Plex Media Server

I have been having issues trying to install the updates. it would always fail for the last couple of months. Next I tried to install from a newly downloaded file manually. Digital signature was fine, but would not install. Said that it could not create temporary files needed to complete installation. I have tried the windows fix it thing to try to uninstall it. No dice. It said fixed but could not uninstall. I keep looking at the log and it says Failed to install MSI package. So I tried deregistering and reregistering Windows installer. No dice. I am at my wits end. Now that I tried to uninstall it my Plex server is completely down. Atleast before I had it running, just couldn’t update it Please help.

PMS-SHUTDOWN.MSI Error / FIXED!

So Plex would not update due to “pms-shutdown.msi” I did use Revo Uninstaller to cleanup the registry. I also manually searched after a reboot for 'Plex" in the registry. I now am unable to re-install the Plex Server. Can anyone point me in the right direction please. Thanks Javier [image] Here are the logs. I tried that. I searched the registry for the keys. I could not find any of the keys in my log file.
