it’s really hard to find anything any information about this when I ask chat GPT it tells me it’s now being disabled across the board But I can still see people on the forum asking you about minor issues with all saying it’s working Monday and then not another. what is the current situation with this is it working or not is it banned in certain countries like the UK for instance?

EDIT -I have managed to get some functionality out of it now, it no longer now says unsupported when I ask it to play music by an artist but it just randomly plays the library radio and ignores my request. it will however play playlists by request Why does it no longer recognise requests for particular artists

What command are you using? I just tested my Alexa (US), by saying “Alexa, ask plex to play music by [ARTIST NAME].” and it worked. Of course, this may be because I am in the US, but I’d like to test the exact command you are using on my end.

I am reviewing the Alexa Voice Commands Article, and there are several ways to ask for specific artists, and some ways to add in artist "radio"s.

Perhaps there is some regional issue going on. I’m in the US as well and am able to get Alexa to play artists by name. I can also ask for specific playlists.
