I have a good music collection, made of 30k mp3. I love to listen to it using the shuffle mode from my clients: iOS and PMP.
I recently saw that some tracks have been played twice and more in 7 days (from LastFM lists) and it is not a classic case of double/multiple scrobble.
The question is how the shuffle mode is handled and who compute the playlist, PMS or the client?
There is any parameter the user can adjust to get playlist more random starting computation from the less played and less recent?
