Hey guys,
I connected my wireless headphones to Mac mini digital audio along the HDMI and switching between them by going to Preferences > Audio > Select Source. Is it possible to create a custom key map within Harmony XML file and assign a dedicated button on the remote to switch between the inputs?

It’s unbelievable that there is not a single AVR in the market that has a dedicated digital or even analog headphones output that will allow leaving the set connected all the time and activating by a remote.
I have Marantz ST5008 and this thing doesn’t even send digital sound to Zone 2 which I wanted to dedicate to headphones and use for all the connected sources I have.
The best workaround so far is connecting my Sennheiser RS 185 to Mac mini via optical audio and switching between outputs inside OpenPHT.
It’s also unbelievable how the AVR industry hasn’t changed much since 1990s: they’re still bulky, cumbersome, with horrible GUI, etc., etc. it’s very sad. I hope someone revolutionizes them during my lifetime
