Plex and Amazon Drive Sync Issues

I signed up for Plex Beta recently, and attached it to my amazon drive unlimited account. I’ve had extremely varied success with this so far. For instance. Some movies will upload fine, some will not. I’ve had whole seasons of TV shows upload fine, then one season will optimize, then never show syncing. Is anyone else experiencing this? I’ve cleared out my C:\Users\Username\AppData\Plex\Local\Plex Media Server\Cache\Transcode\Sync+\ folder several times as some forums have referenced, unfortunately with no success. Anyone else experiencing similar issues?

Are you talking about Plex Cloud or Cloud Sync?

Both? What is the main difference between the two?

I have had off and on problems with Cloud Sync and Amazon. Right now it seems impossible to sync. This debug log is of a simple attempt. My video has no problem going through the conversion process but will not upload. If someone could look at the log and tell me anything I would appreciate it.

I’m also experiencing this issue. Currently I have a library that is 16 files. All except 1 file has synced. The last file hasn’t even attempted to sync and its been about a week since the last file that synced finished. In this case I’m referring to Cloud Sync; however, I’ve had issues syncing to devices as well. Any one know how to force the last file to sync?

@duganjc That’s been my issue too. I’ll pick 3 or so files (about 350mb a piece. It will convert them no problem. I’ll then go check sync tab, and it will just show all “waiting for upload”. I read some forums where it was simply a matter of waiting and they would upload in the background, but I’ve waiting up to 1-2 days for a single 350mb file just to test, and nothing. I tested once using google drive and it worked fine, so I’m about to test it again using that. I LOVE the idea of shooting things up to the cloud, but so far it hasn’t been reliable at all for me. I’m not sure how to force sync an individual file within the status of the sync tab… :frowning:
