Cloud Sync to Amazon Drive not working (Waiting to be uploaded)

While waiting for the invite to the Plex Cloud, I added the Amazon Cloud to my list of Cloud Syncs. It does not seem to work, and after conversion the item just waits for upload. I played around, and the Cloud sync continues to work to Dropbox and Google Drive, but not to Amazon. I saw some similar, older posts, in the community, with no real replies. Is there something I can do to fix this, is it geographical (I am in Finland), or is there nothing I can do?

Cloud Sync is not where you would put those files anyway. Cloud Sync is for Cloud Sync, Plex Cloud does not use those files.
You upload them directly to your Amazon Cloud Drive, do a search there have been lots of posts about it.

I know. As part of the Plex Cloud news I learned of the Amazon Drive unlimited in general and also that it had been added to the Cloud Sync. My reported error has nothing to do with Plex Cloud, and believe me I am also uploading a lot of files to Amazon Drive in preparation to Plex Cloud. But the seeming Cloud Sync error is a separate topic that I am asking about in this post.

If this has nothing to do with Plex Cloud, why the @&$% did you even mention Plex Cloud??

I too am experiencing the same issue and did the same thing…signed up for Amazon Cloud and added it as a Cloud Sync to Plex. Some movies have synced to the Amazon Cloud, but I have one that just doesn’t want to go. I have deleted and re-added it to the sync and it still just sits there “waiting to upload”.

Your not alone and I wish I had an answer for you. I have noticed the same thing. I can sync to google drive and dropbox without issue but i can’t get amazon to sync anything. It sorta worked on the previous PMS version but the latest won’t allow any sync to amazon for me.

Same here. Hasn’t been working for me since Oct 4th. Logs are full of the Rate Exceeded error.

Anyone try updating to 1.2.3.2914 - did that fix the issue?

I agree, let’s stick to the subject, does anyone have a fix for cloud sync to upload to Amazon drive!
