So how do you report a problem to PLEX support ?

So how do you report a problem to PLEX support ? Do they have a ticket system?
Since the last update, it doesn’t work as well as before. Black screen timeouts with just an orange circle. Not able to continue playing where you left off. This seems just browsers (Chrome, Firefox) I have to keep trying resume for it to work.

You are right at the heart of the only way of finding support for Plex, the forums.
Describe your problem here in detail and provide logs of asked for.

Here’s what happens after I’ve been playing a show and stop. Sometimes it will play, but of late, rarely; after the recent (Version 1.7.5.4035) update.
I asked in the main general forum with only two replies, stating they had the same problem. I then realised I was a Plexpass holder. Hence coming here. So if an admin would kindly drag that over to help anyone suffering the same issue I’d be very grateful.
I’ve recorded it to show the problem.

I let it run for a while, in case it needed to catch up. But before when it worked straight away.

Was about to do the logging thing. But noticed a mismatch on the title. They just watched Big Bang Theory and that’s showing as well as the movie title. Will post the log later today after a reboot.

In addition (sorry to keep going on) the control bar at the bottom does not go away unless you click on it first. Then it’ll timeout and recede.

These issues are current on Chrome and Firefox. I’ve not had the chance to try them on Chromecast or a Firestick.

Holy cow, that is really weird - especially the TBBT thing. That is not even an episode name for any Big Bang Theory episodes.
Is that a movie (Message From the King) in your library?

“Message from the King” is a movie. A BBT episode was watched just before that, by them. So something got crossed?
I only see it by accident myself, but thought I’d add it.

Well TBH I thought I’d hear more the powers that be. I see PLEX releasing this and that, but no word on issues concerning the actual issues. :frowning:
