Are many topics and questions on reddit about last plex clients on all the platforms. It looks like the 9.23.0 plex (in my case) has many problems. I opened a topic on live TV section (there I encountered the most frequent problems) and no one from plex op bothers to respond.
At the same time, I also sent an email to support@plex.tv, theoretical is an email for supporting problems, and the automatic response annoyed me very much. How can you have a support email address where you don’t offer support??
