Feature description: Allows your users to vote for deletion on a certain Movie or TV Show
Feature action: Delete the item when a certain threshold is reached. For example: Requires 90% of the users to vote for delete on a certain Movie or TV Show.
For community managed server.
For example, you use plex requests channel to allow the community to add content, then you should also allow the community to delete the content. Completes the cycle.

Since you are using Plex Requests to determine what is added, perhaps a feature request with the developer for that would be appropriate. You say that this completes the cycle, but it is not a cycle that is built into Plex itself.
Not saying that this invalidates your request, but might be a quicker and more optimal way to a resolution.
It’s a cleaner solution to allow the users to vote on each item then sending them to a request channel to delete. Not all users have channel permission.
