I’ve noticed that while Plex has a lot of clients, there isn’t a single one for any Nintendo console, despite both PlayStation and Xbox having client apps. There isn’t one for Switch, 3DS, Wii U, or even the Wii. Which is weird, because a lot of other streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, Crunchyroll, etc) have apps on those systems. It’d be nice to have Plex clients for at least the Switch and 3DS. Especially the Switch, given its portability. You could play a movie in handheld mode, then dock it and the movie would continue playing on the TV. And having sync features would make it even better, too.

Hulu is being released today! Hopefully we’ll get a chance to see Plex on switch soon!
