Unable to tune channel (no parts)

This issue has just started cropping up for me mainly on the NBC channel. Maybe because I’ve been recording the Olympics on NBC, not sure. But now I have to restart the server every day it seems or at least every day when I record a 3-4 hour episode of the Olympics. It seems others have had this same issue and it’s only with Plex apps. HDHomerun apps are still able to tune the channel even when Plex can’t. A PMS restart fixes the issue for a little while but it comes back.

Can we get this fixed? Logs are attached. Issue occurred today (2/22) at about 5:45 AM. I couldn’t restart the server to get clean logs cause then I wouldn’t have been able to reproduce the issue.

Seeing the same thing, also happen to be on a channel watching the Olympics (not NBC).

Get the same message. What causes it? at least you can answer that and give use a corrective action to get out of it while we wait for a “fix”!!

@davevert Did you get this error recently? Were you using Live TV the day before you got this error? How were you using Live TV? Were you placeshifting and recording on the same channel?

I can’t seem to reproduce this issue so we have more info to pass on to the devs. I thought it was related to a database backup, but I tried to reproduce and couldn’t. Any other info you have might help us pinpoint better for the devs to look into.
