Hey,
PlexWatch is a command line utility (a Perl script), it doesn’t have a web front-end built in. For this you have to install a specific front end like PlexWatchWeb.
PlexPy is an all-in-one solution including the front-end web interface.
They both essentially do the same thing, if you want to see the difference why not just try both out?
