Since I updated to the new PMS, all new media added will not direct play nor Trans-code. I receive an error stating conversion failed. So far all older media is working as usual. any ideas or suggestions would greatly be appreciated.
Can you post a screenshot of the “Get Info” page on a example file? If possible the full xml would be even better.
If you could please also upload logs (feel free to DM and hide any sensitive info) that might help to, but for starters which client is this happening on? Or is it all?
I have a similar problem.
Streaming any media to Android App over LAN without transcoding is working.
With transcoding over LAN is not working.
Transcoding over WAN is also working fine…
Convert and sync is also possible in LAN.
Only streaming in with transcoding in LAN with Android app or fire tv app is not working.
I was able to resolve my issue, turns out the 4 additional movies added after the update were corrupted files, I copied new files and added them to the library, and they work great.
