BIG THUMBS UP TO YA!!!
I uninstalled plex and rolled back with the previous one and now I can actually watch my shows on my server pute without nonstop buffering and stopping due to buffer.
Staying at this ver till something better comes along on updates.
Seriously I tried to watch movies and Tv shows and after about 5 mins it would freeze up for buffer issues and I had to close it then reopen it just to watch another 5 mins, finally got tired and just used VLC to watch them, but now back to normal.
