I think the title sums it up, but to clarify a little further, why not be able to broadcast a show/film/music to a particular server port and then allow any number of PLEX players to latch on to that stream?
This means I could have one film playing and watch it on sceen’s located in the bedroom, bathroom on any device just as though it were a TV broadcast…
I’ve seen a post requesting this feature, but that was several years ago. Just wondering if anything’s been done? It’s a great feature and simple to implement though the millisecond timing of the broadcast so as not to get an echo effect might require some tweaking… but then Sonos do it so…
