Will it be possible to choose quality 1080p 2Mbps in the future?
What are the reasons you would want such a low bitrate? The artifacts would be quite high and a 720p setting would look better.
Static, little dynamic images look better at 1080p 4K than 720p. I would like to be able to choose a bitrate for mobile internet.
