Would it be possible to get a 4mbps 1080p optimize option instead of only having a lowest 1080p option of 8mbps, a lot of people dont have a very high upload rate on there broadband, my upload rate is 6.7 mbps, some of my optimized files are coming in under 6mbps, but are 7+.
