v1.0.1 We’re thrilled to announce a new release of Plexamp with a bunch of updates and fixes. The music-loving late-night crew has been hard at work. In case you’re wondering, the main priorities for us right now are: Fixing things which are totally broken. Giving configurability via config files …

Plexamp Desktop v4.50.8 Plexamp no longer closes by itself while paused, when another app or device changes the audio output. Songs that leave a downloaded playlist or library are now removed from your offline library too, instead of lingering as entries whose files are already gone. An album no l…

Plexamp v4.50.9 Desktop is on the stable channel now. TestFlight is available, and the Play build is still in review. Everywhere Album art no longer stalls the app on very large downloaded playlists. Mobile Long menus scroll again. Sort options at the bottom of the list, like Random, were unr…

Plexamp v4.50.10 and v4.50.11 Two in quick succession: 4.50.10 fixed downloaded music on Windows accounts with accented user names, and in doing so broke Plexamp at launch on every Windows install. 4.50.11 puts that right and is on the stable channel now. If you’re on Windows and Plexamp won’t open…

Plexamp v4.50.12 Desktop is on the stable channel now. The mobile 4.50.12 builds are on their way to TestFlight and Play testing. Mobile Overnight download refresh works again. Since early August the background wake had been declining every playlist, artist and album refresh while reporting them…

Plexamp v4.50.13-beta.5 Desktop is on the beta channel now and TestFlight has it, with Google Play still reviewing. The main one: beta builds no longer check your account for beta access, so you can just run them. Fixed Beta builds no longer need beta access on your Plex account. Music you play …

Plexamp v4.50.13-beta.6 Desktop is on the beta channel and mobile went out to TestFlight and Play testing. Just the one fix. Fixed Android: headset and car buttons respond faster after you pause.

Plexamp v4.50.13-beta.7 Desktop is on the beta channel and mobile is on its way to TestFlight and Play testing. One fix, for anyone who plays with the phone sideways. Fixed The background gradient no longer dims each time you rotate the device.

Plexamp v4.50.13 The beta cycle above landed on the stable channel. Desktop updates itself; mobile went out to TestFlight and Play testing. Added Android can now be downloaded as an APK from plexamp.plex.tv , for devices that cannot use the Play Store. Same build Play ships, so Play can update ov…

Plexamp v4.50.14 Fixed Music Plexamp analyzed itself no longer crossfades when Sweet Fades is off. It only happened the first time you played something your server had not analysed.
